GG’s quilt

After surrendering to the pinwheels I settled on rectangles. I love rectangles. We understand each other. They never let me down. Wish I could smuggle myself to Portland along with the quilt and give this cutie baby hugs and kisses in person.

My sewing room is neat and tidy and ready for its next project. School clothes!

What a sweet change of pace. I LOVE the rectangles! And as usual, your color and pattern combinations are spot on. Wow. How do I get some of that talent to rub off on me??

Argh, this fabric combination is still killing me! I LOVE it! I’m going to my (very very small) fabric stash right now to see if I have anything similar. I will not rest until I’ve made something with these colors!

Great quilt! What are the dimensions? Also, can you recommend, or would you write, a tutorial for a simple small beginner quilt? I’d love to try quilting but I don’t know where to start. Also I don’t have a lot of storage space.
LOVE LOVE LOVE your book! I want to make so many toys from it!

    Hi Hillary
Couldyou tell me who makes the teal with white cross hatch fabric. It looks familiar but I can’t recall the name of the fabric. Hope my description makes sense. Its the print in the same row as the AMH rose print. Thanks so much!
