ruffle that!

I’m loving my to-do list today. It’s all nice and scratched out. My list has been a formidable challenge for me lately. I’ve been very fortunate and was asked to contribute projects to three different books – a modern quilt design book, a softies book and a general craft book. I’ve been working on these projects on and off for months and today I’m a few photographs shy of being All Done! All Done! In reality this just gives me … More

I’ve been holding out on you. I’ve been waiting for just the right amount of sun (sunny but not too sunny) to take this picture. And well, that day isn’t coming so it’s just going to have to be today. I wanted to share one of the most wonderful presents I’ve ever received, a small quilt from Angry Amy Chicken.  I love it so much I can’t even say. It warms my cockles. It’s so good I want to … More

I just had the thought – maybe I could try carving the little icons I drew for the sidebar. (well Tim has just informed me these won’t work. something about good negative and postive space. back to the drawing board)
