I can't believe Christmas is almost here! I haven't even documented our new ornaments or our gingerbread house. Where are my one gazillion photos of my tree? Today was the last day of school and now we are going to merry it up around here!!!

    These are lovely. Having a “handmade tree” is a great idea–and the punched tin is beautiful. I also wanted to thank you for your fabulous doll patterns. This is the second Christmas I’ve sewn from your collection, and the results are always great despite my relative beginner status. Thank you.

    hi jen,
    sorry it’s taken me so long to respond. Oscar made that ornament in school. I’m not following all of what he’s describing but sounds like they drew the ornament design then traced it through paper onto tin using a foam base.
    then they colored it in with sharpies. hope that helps!
