I love Starved Rock! It was one of the first places we discovered after moving to Illinois seven years ago. It is so beautiful. And we found that most people don’t go very far into the park. So, once you are past the rock itself, you pretty much have the place to yourself. I have heard that there is another state park with buffalo nearby, but we’ve never gone there.
That is beautiful. I would love to walk there.
