monday

ever notice how the things you put up for inspiration just become background and you don’t even notice them?

I’ve put up a new header. it’s more sparse than usual. I thought it’d be fun to fill it in as inspiration hits. hear me inspiration? I’m waiting for you. I’m drawing a big target right over my craft room.

  1. I noticed your sweet girl up there in the corner! Perhaps you need some crocus and a groundhog (who hopefully does NOT see his shadow tomorrow!) It’s amazing what a clean slate feels like! I just turned my blog into a clean slate to reorganize..must be the midwinter!

  2. What a lovely new header, I’m also making changes in my blog, I agree with Caroline must be the midwinter. And of course the begining of the new year that always makes me start something new.

  3. I like that fresh slate! And I like her outfit too. Keep cozy!

  4. Cute! Can’t wait to see what comes next. 🙂

  5. i really like the simplicity, actually. and the balloons are fun!
anyway, kinda funny, i just posted a new header for my own blog last night and the composition is somewhat similar to yours. i wondered myself if it was too sparse. but i just needed something new. 🙂

  6. get pregnant. the nesting urge is a guaranteed inspiration booster. 🙂

  7. I love the heart tights! Can you make them in my size?

  8. i like the banner, hillary. can’t wait to see what inspires you.

  9. Hang in there! It will come, I’m sure, after all, it already knows its way to you.

  11. i’m waiting for the very same thing. i think the problem may be that i have been lying on the couch all january watching the tennis – a little federer doll?!

  12. waiting for you to get hit because your inspiration always inspires me.

  13. I was going to suggest adding some crocus, but someone else already did. Maybe a little forced bulb in a glass? A doily and some red hearts with a pair of scissors and a bottle of glue?

  14. Great idea. I’m needing an inspiration lift myself. But it always comes with the spring sunshine.
