Instead of having our faker table top tree eating up our tiny kitchen table this year we put it in the playroom and put all our soft ornaments on it. You know, in case it falls over on anyone.
I've been puttering around on various handsewn ornaments while watching tv at night and made this tiny quilt ornament. Perfect for the soft tree.
Some of my favorite ornaments are soft ones, like my eskimo fisher-penguin. I keep searching for them on the regular tree and then remembering oh yeah, the soft tree. It's amazing how many times I can forget the same thing over and over. It's a special talent of mine.
