5 photos from the craft room

trying to figure out the colors for my protagonists

on cloud 9 with orders arriving yesterday from fat quarter shop

and superbuzzy (congratulations mariko and kelly!). here’s an answer to a frequently asked question for ya – where do you get your hands on japanese fabric? superbuzzy!

a kitty all my own so when I look up on my shelf for sunshine and buttercup for the one gazillionth time I won’t be disappointed

and some old wallpaper found by a neighbor

I had the camera in the craftroom trying to see if there was something I could document and submit for what you make it‘s next issue documenting artist+process+studio but I came up with nothing. I don’t think my process is all that interesting. maybe if I can clean off my work table I can think of something…

Great stuff! I just placed an order at superbuzzy – can’t wait for it. Isn’t Fat Quarter Shop the best? I order so much stuff from there! Love the wallpaper and the kitty!

Greetings from Portland! Sitting in my hotel room reading Wee Wonderfuls with Sesame Street in the background and the smell of bacon and eggs being made by hubby. Does it get any better?
I’m sure your process is more interesting than you think! Go for it!

I love your gray kitty, cannot wait to see what it turns out like. I also like the boy doll, very clever and looks so great. Looks as though you had a great time at the flea market too.
