Today was a happy happy mail day. Myra in Hawaii sent me the nicest package. Some delicious macadamia nut chocolates that were immediately ingested. These very cool fabrics.

And this awesome Japanese craft book, Small Stuffed Animals. It has the cutest patterns in it! I’m dying to get my crafting table (ironing board) cleared off so I can cut something out tonight. Everything in here is adorable.

Including this kitty that so reminds me of these tar-tan kitties. I’ll have to give that one a try!

And the most amazing part.. Myra wrote in translations for me!! How awesome is that?! It is going to be so helpful. My rosetta stone to help me figure out all my other books! Ok, I’m off to hunt down my black felt so I can try “Patty the black cat”.

When I got to the “Japanese craft book, Small Stuffed Animals” part in Bloglines sans images I thought “I bet it’s the same book I have!” Except I was joking. And then I came to this page and THAT IS THE SAME BOOK I HAVE! I think I got it a few months ago. It’s the only Japanese book I have about making small stuffed animals (I also have a Japanese book about crocheting stuffed animals, which looks impossible but is nice to look at). Your book has translations though which makes it 1000% cooler than mine. I’m praying that the nice illustrations are enough to get me through the instructions.

I know that this post is very old, but I was wondering if you knew where I could obtain a copy of the book you have referenced here. My Mom is really interested in getting a copy. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
